Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026-07-02

These terms govern the purchase and use of Lolos Crochet's digital patterns (loloscrochet.store), operated from Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. By purchasing or downloading a pattern you accept these terms. Contact: patterns@loloscrochet.store.

1. The product

We sell crochet patterns as digitally delivered PDFs. We do not sell physical products: you receive the instructions to crochet the piece yourself. Each pattern lists its difficulty level and suggested materials.

2. Purchase and delivery

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). After payment you get instant access to the PDF in your library and by email.

3. Personal-use license

Buying a pattern grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Each PDF is delivered watermarked with your purchase details. The full license, with everything that is and isn't allowed, lives at loloscrochet.store/en/license.

  • You MAY: crochet the piece for yourself or as a gift, and print the PDF for personal use.
  • You MAY: sell finished pieces you crochet by hand in small quantities, crediting Lolos Crochet for the design.
  • You may NOT: share, resell, publish, translate, or redistribute the pattern (free or paid), in whole or in part.
  • You may NOT: use the pattern for industrial or mass production.

4. Intellectual property

All patterns are original Lolos Crochet designs protected by copyright. Purchasing a pattern does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Unauthorized distribution will result in applicable legal action.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds are issued once the PDF has been downloaded. If something went wrong with your purchase (for example a duplicate charge or a defective file), email patterns@loloscrochet.store and we will make it right.

6. Support

If you get stuck on a pattern, we've got you: reach out by email or Instagram DM (@loloscrochet.store).

7. Limitation of liability

Patterns are provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee specific results, since the final piece depends on materials, tension, and each crocheter's experience. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the pattern.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, without prejudice to your consumer rights before PROFECO.
