Lolos Crochet, based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (“Lolos Crochet”, “we”), is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Contact: patterns@loloscrochet.store.

1. Data we collect

  • Email address (when buying a pattern or requesting the free pattern).
  • Purchase data: pattern bought, amount, date, and transaction identifiers.
  • Payment data is processed directly by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
  • Basic technical data (anonymized IP address) for security and fraud prevention.
  • Language preference via a cookie.

2. Purposes

Primary purposes: processing your purchases, delivering PDF patterns, giving you access to your library, sending transactional emails (purchase confirmation, access links), and providing support.

Secondary purposes: sending you news, promotions, and free patterns by email. You may opt out at any time by writing to patterns@loloscrochet.store or using the unsubscribe link in our emails; your purchase is never conditioned on accepting marketing.

3. Transfers and processors

We do not sell or rent your personal data. To run the store we rely on providers that process data on our behalf under their own security measures:

  • Stripe (payment processing).
  • Supabase (database and secure file storage).
  • Resend (email delivery).
  • Vercel (site hosting).

4. Your rights (ARCO)

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email patterns@loloscrochet.store with your name, the email associated with your account, and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 20 business days.

5. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies: a language-preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and session cookies for library access. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as we have a relationship with you (for example, so you can re-download your patterns) and protect it with reasonable administrative and technical measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.

7. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
